Welcome to SouthernShine Mobile Detailing. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
We provide mobile auto detailing services in Baldwin and Escambia County, Alabama. Services include interior and exterior cleaning, detailing, and optional add-ons.

2. Booking & Payment
    •    Appointments can be booked via Facebook forms, our website, phone, or email.
    •    Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
    •    We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy
    •    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
    •    Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will make it right.

5. Liability
    •    We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects.
    •    Customer is responsible for disclosing any sensitive materials or modifications prior to service.

6. Promotions & Offers
Any discounts or promotional offers are subject to change and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
